AMARI Tulum needed a way to give prospective buyers a clear, credible picture of investment returns across two distinct purchase paths: pre-construction units and resale villas. Without it, the team relied on static PDFs and manual calculations that varied by salesperson, creating inconsistency and eroding buyer confidence.
We designed and built a configurable dual-scenario ROI builder: a white-labeled tool that lets buyers model their projected returns across pre-construction and resale purchase types. Buyers input their own assumptions and instantly see side-by-side baseline and custom scenario outputs.
