AMARI Tulum needed a way to give prospective buyers a clear, credible picture of investment returns across two distinct purchase paths: pre-construction units and resale villas. Without it, the team relied on static PDFs and manual calculations that varied by salesperson, creating inconsistency, slowing decisions, and eroding buyer confidence.
Approach
Legacy Logik designed and built a configurable dual-scenario ROI builder: a white-labeled tool that lets buyers model their projected returns across pre-construction and resale/pre-built purchase types. Buyers input their own assumptions and instantly see side-by-side baseline and custom scenario outputs. The platform includes saved scenarios, a PDF export, and is built to support additional property types as the inventory grows.
