About
A small team. A structured system.
Legacy Logik is a technology company building lean, AI-assisted SaaS products for B2B clients and internal use. We operate using an internal AI workforce infrastructure that enables us to ship disciplined, scalable software with minimal overhead.
Who We Are
The company.
Legacy Logik was founded by Akil Franklin with a single operating thesis: that a small, disciplined team equipped with the right AI infrastructure can build and operate a portfolio of scalable software products without the complexity, cost, or overhead of a traditional development organization.
Legacy Logik builds lean SaaS products for specific industries and the internal AI infrastructure that makes building them possible at speed.
The result is a company that moves fast without moving carelessly, and that builds institutional knowledge into every system it ships.
How We Build
Structured, phased, and validated.
Every Legacy Logik product is built through a structured, phased process. We scope before we build. We validate before we ship. We document before we hand off.
At every stage, human leadership reviews and approves the output before the next phase begins. Nothing ships without a human gate. Nothing starts without a defined scope.
When you work with Legacy Logik, you're not getting a freelancer or a small agency working off instinct. You're getting a structured development process: every decision is traceable, every output meets a defined standard, and every phase is validated before the next one begins.
Leadership
The team.

What We Believe
Operating principles.
Build Small First
Every product starts as a lean MVP. We define the smallest version that delivers real value, ship it, validate it with real usage, and expand from there. We don't build what we haven't scoped.
Validate Before You Scale
Legacy Logik always builds and runs every product in its own production environment before deploying it to clients. If we haven't validated it ourselves, we won't put it in front of your customers.
Avoid Complexity
When two solutions exist, we take the simpler one. Complexity compounds. A lean, well-documented system beats a sophisticated one no one can maintain.
Document Everything
Every decision, every architecture choice, every build phase: documented. This is how systems survive handoffs, scale without tribal knowledge, and remain maintainable as the company grows.
AI Accelerates. Humans Validate.
AI employees handle the volume work. Human leadership makes the calls that matter: architecture, quality gates, and client relationships. Neither replaces the other.
Systems Beat Heroics
Repeatable processes outlast individual effort. We build systems that work without depending on any single person's memory, availability, or heroics.
