A small team.
A structured system.
Software that ships.
Legacy Logik is a technology company building lean, AI-assisted SaaS products. We operate with an internal AI workforce that lets us ship disciplined, scalable software with minimal overhead.
A small team can outbuild a department: if the system holds.
Legacy Logik was founded by Akil, Malcolm, and Raymond Franklin on a single operating thesis: that a small, disciplined team equipped with the right AI infrastructure can build and operate a portfolio of scalable software products, without the complexity, cost, or overhead of a traditional development organization.
We build lean SaaS products for specific industries, and the internal AI infrastructure that makes building them possible at speed. The result is a company that moves fast without moving carelessly, and that builds institutional knowledge into every system it ships.
Structured, phased, validated.
Click a phase. Every Legacy Logik product moves through these five stages. We scope before we build. We validate before we ship. We document before we hand off.
47 agents.
9 departments.
One human gate.
Our internal AI workforce is a structured organization: 47 specialist agents distributed across 9 departments, coordinated by 3 executive AI-assistants and 1 cross-department coordinator, all operating under documented protocols.
Every output passes through a human review gate before the next phase begins. AI accelerates the volume work. Humans make the calls that matter. The workforce isn't currently available as an external service: it's the engine behind everything we ship.
Six rules that govern every build.
Build small first.
Every product starts as a lean MVP. Define the smallest version that delivers real value, ship it, validate it with real usage, and expand from there.
Validate before you scale.
We always build and run every product in our own production environment before deploying it to clients. If we have not validated it ourselves, it does not ship.
Avoid complexity.
When two solutions exist, we take the simpler one. Complexity compounds. A lean, well-documented system beats a sophisticated one no one can maintain.
Document everything.
Every decision, every architecture choice, every build phase: documented. Systems survive handoffs, scale without tribal knowledge, and stay maintainable as we grow.
AI accelerates, humans validate.
AI agents handle the volume work. Human leadership makes the calls that matter: architecture, quality gates, and client relationships. Neither replaces the other.
Systems beat heroics.
Repeatable processes outlast individual effort. We build systems that work without depending on any single person's memory, availability, or heroics.
The team.
